To qualify for an exchange, an item must be defective, unused, in its original packaging, and accompanied by a receipt, purchase order, or other proof of purchase. All returns are inspected. We may decline an exchange if an item does not meet these requirements.
Perishable goods, sale items, and clearance items are not eligible for exchange.

Customers are responsible for return-shipping costs. Original shipping costs are not refundable. Please package items carefully; items damaged in transit or used beyond reasonable inspection may be ineligible for exchange.
